School supplies and necessary materials for the educational process

155 children from 3 schools from the Republic of Moldova benefited by obtaining school supplies and materials for the teaching staff that are necessary for high quality learning from the project “Education Plus II”.

It is one of the three types of vouchers offered to motivate a better academic performance of disadvantaged children in Theoretical Lyceum “Ion Creanga”, village of Zirnesti, region of Cahul, Theoretical Lyceum “Mihai Eminescu”, city of Hincesti, and Gribova preparatory school from the village of Gribova, Drochia region.

These supplies were distributed during the parental meetings in which there was talked about the importance of academic education and the need for a responsible involvement and supervision of the homework.

Please note that system of facilitating a qualitative education consists of three types of vouchers: offering additional sessions for facilitating homework, monthly payment for aliments and sets of school supplies.

Today children from several schools in Moldova will have a strong motivation for a better learning.

Teachers from three schools of the republic will face the challenge in facilitating quality education.

The Institute for Rural Initiatives will support children and teachers from those three schools during the years 2014-2016 in order to facilitate a qualitative education.

The project “Education Plus II: inclusion of Roma kids in three schools of Moldova” is implemented with the support of the Liechtenstein Development Service Foundation (LED) in Moldova.
