New Partnerships for Rural Communities!

On Friday, iRi met with representatives of Orange Foundation Moldova to discuss opportunities for collaboration and explore how joint efforts can contribute to the development of rural communities in the Republic of Moldova.

The meeting brought together representatives of Orange Foundation Moldova, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and iRi. It was a valuable opportunity to share experiences, identify areas of common interest, and explore ways to work together to better respond to the needs of local communities.

The discussion focused on Orange’s experience in digital inclusion and digital education, including programs implemented in rural communities across different regions of the Republic of Moldova – from developing digital skills and promoting online safety to the responsible use of artificial intelligence and financial education.

Another important topic was community development and how the experience, resources, and expertise of different actors can be connected to the real needs of rural communities. Together, the participants explored how joint efforts can contribute to the development of rural communities and create better opportunities for the people living there.

For iRi, meetings like this are an important step towards building new partnerships and identifying concrete areas for collaboration. iRi believes that when organizations and partners bring together their experience and resources, they can develop solutions that are more relevant and better aligned with the realities of local communities.

iRi thanks the Orange Foundation team for their openness, dialogue, and interest in rural communities!

iRi will continue to seek partners with whom it can create more opportunities and solutions for people and rural communities across Moldova.
