We continue to support our Ukrainian friends. The initiative is called MEET UA (Meet, Engage, Embrace, Integrate) through which we aim to strengthen the efforts of the iRi team and local partners for prompt and effective integration responses for the displaced population in Ukraine.
The activities proposed within the project are designed on the one hand for direct support in the integration process of refugees, and on the other hand for empowering the communities (especially institutions and civic groups) where the population of Ukraine took refuge, to act in order to offer quality integration services for refugees as well as excluded non-refugees.
The Intercommunity Mobile Teams (MIT) represented by local civil society from three regions of Moldova: Drochia town (North), Cahul town (South), Chisinau town (Center) will continue to be empowered to act as promoters of access to public services.
The project will maintain and develop the refugee-friendly space already created within the 3 MEET Centers that will benefit from information services, psycho-social support services, development activities for children, emergency assistance.
